On September 1, 2009, Angel Kiss Foundation and Keaton Raphael Memorial legally merged to form Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation. The Foundation is a privately funded 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. All tax-exempt organization with incomes of more than $25,000 must file Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service.
