Raising funds and raising hope
Are you interested in fundraising on our behalf? Special events are very important to the success of Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation, as they raise both funds and awareness necessary for us to continue our mission. We also gain a significant number of “friends” and volunteers from these events.
Anyone can host an event, even without spending a lot of money.
If you are a member of a special interest club, civic or community organization or school and would be interested in hosting a fundraising event on behalf of NNCCF, our staff would be happy to guide you through the process and offer suggestions for the kinds of events you might consider. Be creative! An “event” can be as simple as a garage sale or volleyball tournament, or as elaborate as a craft fair or golf tournament. You can also host an event in memory of a loved one or even in honor of someone’s accomplishments.
