Family Assistance
Family Assistance Fund
Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation (NNCCF) assists families with everyday costs such as household living expenses, mortgage payments, rent, food, utilities, travel expenses related to treatment, medical expenses, insurance deductibles, uncovered procedures and additional expenses the family might need assistance with during the child’s treatment.
Currently, we serve families with children who are younger than 19 years and are in treatment for or are in follow-up care for cancer in northern Nevada and the eastern Sierra, including Lake Tahoe, Truckee, Quincy and Susanville, Calif. Our southern service border is Tonopah, Nev. While all applications must be received prior to the child’s 19th birthday, if medical treatment is ongoing, NNCCF will continue to assist families until the child is 21. More Information.
