Mahika’s Sweet 16 Birthday Fundraiser!
titles_underlne

Why I am fundraising for NNCCF for my birthday

I want to give back to the community and help support the kids who are going through the difficult experience of cancer treatment and survivorship. Any contribution for this cause is appreciated. Thank you for your generosity.

Why 24-Karat Gold Matters: At NNCCF, we believe in going beyond the ordinary; we believe in making a pure and lasting impact. That’s why we are introducing our 24-Karat Recurring Donor Program, marrying 2024 with the gold ribbon. Just as 24-karat gold signifies 100% pure gold, your commitment as a 24-Karat Recurring Donor signifies unwavering support for children battling cancer in Northern Nevada. It means your generosity will be 100% present, making a genuine and lasting difference.

Your Golden Impact: By becoming a 24-Karat Recurring Donor, you’re not just giving; you’re investing in the future of courageous children and their families. Your consistent support ensures that we can provide vital resources and emotional support to those who need it most. Your impact will be as enduring as the purity of 24-karat gold.

How to Become a 24-Karat Donor: Becoming a 24-Karat Recurring Donor is easy and meaningful. Simply select your desired donation amount as well as “show my support by making this a monthly donation.” Your monthly contribution, like pure gold, will shine consistently and make a profound difference in the lives of those we serve.

Every Ounce Counts: Just as each ounce of gold contributes to the brilliance of the gold ribbon, every donation, regardless of size, contributes to the brilliance of a child’s smile. Your support is the precious metal that helps us craft a brighter future for children facing the challenges of cancer.

Thank you for considering this golden opportunity to be part of something extraordinary. Together, as 24 Karat Recurring Donors, we can transform the lives of local children and families affected by cancer.

If you love coffee and want to help northern Nevada’s young cancer warriors through their journey, this monthly subscription is for you! For just $35 per month, you will get two 12 oz. bags of locally roasted coffee from Blind Dog Coffee Roasters delivered right to your door! The best part? 100% of your purchase price is donated to NNCCF to help northern Nevada’s young cancer warriors!

Coffee deliveries will take place on the first week of every month. If you would like to cancel your coffee subscription, please contact Tiffany at tiffany@nnccf.org.

Every Spring since 2013, the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office takes on the Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District at the Annual Guns and Hoses Golf Tournament at LakeRidge Golf Course in support of Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation.

In 2011, a worried father took his little girl to the hospital after she scraped her knees. While at the hospital, he saw a brave young cancer warrior and his parents from across the waiting room. After discussing what he could do to help children like this young boy with his daughter’s nurse, he found NNCCF and the “Heroes and Hooligans” golf tournament was born!

Every summer, these hooligans turned heroes come together for a golf tournament to benefit the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation. Thank you to the event organizers, Nikki and Robert, for 13 beautiful years on the green!

Pulling For Our Little Heroes is an annual CrossFit and Weightlifting competition where the community comes together and raises money to help families who have children in the fight of their lives. All money raised goes towards the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation.

In 2013, Natalia was diagnosed with cancer, and within a few short months, she lost her battle at the age of 11. Her parents, Raul and Monica, the owners of El Adobe Cafe, are keeping her memory alive by helping raise funds and awareness of childhood cancer in northern Nevada. Dine in or order from any of these participating restaurants on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, to make a difference in the lives of local childhood cancer warriors in Natalia’s honor!
