Press Release –

Dozers & Dirt Partnership and Launch Party

(Reno, NV) – October 3, 2019.  It is with great pleasure and excitement that the Dozers & Dirt Committee announce our partnership with the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation (NNCCF).

Dozers & Dirt will take place on June 6, 2020, but to announce our partnership with NNCCF, we will be hosting a launch party on Thursday, November 7, 2019, from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Pinocchio’s Bar & Grill in Reno. Local business leaders and members of the public will be networking and learning how to get involved in the day that little and big kids alike look forward to all year.

These events are brought to you by the former committee of the Reno Big Dig.

NNCCF has been helping local families in our community for close to 20 years. Founded in 2000, NNCCF has helped more than 516 families and provided more than $4.5 million in direct financial assistance, all through locally raised funding. They can only continue to assist our local childhood cancer families through the generosity of our “Community Partners,” like you and fundraisers like Dozers & Dirt. For more information, visit
